Privacy Policy
What we collect
To operate your account we store your email address, display name, and your activity — rips opened, cards won, buybacks, and orders. To fulfill orders and shipping we store the delivery addresses you provide and a ledger of your deposits, store credit, and shipments.
Payments
Card and Apple Pay payments are processed securely by our payment processors, Coinflow and Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number — the processor handles payment credentials directly under PCI-DSS compliance. We receive transaction confirmation and tokenized identifiers needed to credit your balance.
Shipping
When you redeem cards for delivery, we share your shipping name, address, and parcel details with our shipping platform (Shippo) and the delivering carrier (USPS, UPS) solely to label, dispatch, and track your package.
How we use data
We use your data to operate your account, process transactions, fulfill shipments, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and deliver essential account emails (email verification, password resets, receipts, tracking notifications).
Promotional email
We may email account holders about Rip Club offers, promo codes, and new releases. Every promotional email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can turn promotional email off at any time in Settings. Unsubscribing does not stop essential account emails. We honor opt-outs immediately. We use Resend to deliver email.
Diagnostics
We collect anonymous performance diagnostics and crash telemetry via Sentry to maintain app stability. These diagnostics do not track personal identity.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal information. We do not run third-party cross-site advertising trackers.
Your choices & deletion
You can manage notifications in Settings. You may request full deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting [email protected]; we will permanently erase your personal data subject only to legally required record retention (such as tax and accounting compliance).
State Privacy Rights (California & Florida)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, residents have the right to request access to, correction of, and deletion of their personal information. Rip Club does not sell personal information, does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and does not use sensitive personal data for profiling. To exercise statutory privacy rights, email [email protected] with the subject 'Privacy Rights Request.'
Age & COPPA
Rip Club is strictly intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we discover a user is under 18, their account and data will be promptly terminated.
